Mira had her kittens at a very
respectable time of day - 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon!! Mira is such a lovely
relaxed mother and all her kittens are of a good weight and all feeding
well!
At one week old, Mira's kittens are growing fast and should have soon
doubled their birth weight. Mira is coping well and is a fantastic mum!

At four and a half weeks, Mira's kittens are enjoying chasing each other
around the kitten pen. One of the usual males is enjoying eating solid
food with his mum. The blue female likes her mum's chicken but the other
two still prefer mum's milk!! I'm sure they will all be eating solid
food soon.

At nearly six weeks old, all of Mira's kittens are now enjoying eating a
variety of food. It took me ages to take their pictures today as they
were having great fun running around the kitchen!! Every time I took a
picture, they moved, so they are a little out of focus!!!

At eight weeks old, Mira's kittens are very boisterous and their
different personalities are really showing now. They were a little
better with their photos today and even posed a little!

At ten weeks old, Mira's kittens have had their first vaccinations and
are starting to look far more mature. The only way that I could get them
to stay still today was by waving their feather duster toy - they are
very playful!

At twelve weeks old, Mira's kittens are starting to look very grown up!
We bought them some new toys and they had great fun pulling the feathers
off of a wicker ball - there were quite a lot of feathers but they were
all off within half an hour!! These will be their last pictures as they
will be going to their new homes in a few days.
