Two sorrel females, one lilac female, one fawn female and one
lilac male born 8th July 2011 from Legend Crystal Cappuccino (Bailey) x
Kazizkatz Merrydancersrose (Rosie)
All reserved.
Rosie had been telling me all day that
she was going to have her babies but, as there were no signs by 11:15pm, I
decided to go to bed. I woke up at 2:00am to check on her and she had two
fluffy kittens feeding and another one that she was cleaning up. She then,
very quickly, had another and before she had time to clean these two up
fully, she had the last! She had had them all by 3:00am. All the kittens are
really good weights, ranging from 95g to 120g! Rosie is a perfect mum and is
loving looking after her babies.

1 day old
At three days old, Rosie is being the perfect mum and her
babies are all gaining weight fast. We are pretty sure now that their is one lilac female and one fawn but we are still reserving
judgement on whether we have a chocolate or a dark sorrel!

At eleven days old, Rosie's kittens are growing fast and are starting to
open their eyes - except the male!!! I think we have two sorrels but they
are quite dark - so they should be nice rich sorrel colour!

At three weeks old, Rosie's kittens have all finally opened their eyes! They
were really hard to take pictures of today as they kept turning their heads
just as I pressed the button - it may take a while to take their pictures
when they start running around!

At four and a half weeks old, Rosie's kittens are out of their kitten
box and are chasing each other around their kitten pen. The two sorrel
females are starting to eat their mum's food but the others are not too
keen yet - I'm sure they will be eating soon.

At six weeks old, Rosie's kittens are now all eating - some prefer dried
food but they are all eating well and growing fast. Rosie is not
spending all of her time with her babies now because she doesn't seem to
like them running around the house and keeps taking them back to their
bed!

At eight weeks old, Rosie's kittens are now just as boisterous as Coco's
kittens. Rosie has lost interest in her babies now because she has now
been in season twice in three weeks!! Her kittens don't seem to miss her
much and are too busy playing when Rosie is with them!

At ten weeks old, Rosie's kittens have had their first vaccinations.
They are also starting to lose their fluffy kitten fur and are getting
their lovely adult coats!

At twelve weeks old, Rosie's kittens are starting to look more grown up.
They have all become very purry and love to chase our feet! Some of them
also jump onto our backs if we bend down - they are a very lively bunch!
